Phoenecia Hill

Phoenecia “Neci” Hill is a native of Richmond, Virginia but currently a proud resident of Hopewell, Virginia. She has over 15 years of experience in the fields of non-profit management, city and state government, youth development, and in community engaged participatory research. She currently works at Aetna/CVS Health as the Manager of Virginia for the Community Cares-Social Determinants of Health team.
