As a 25+ year resident of Richmond, Virginia and currently employed as an Organizer with the Legal Aid Justice Center of Petersburg, Virginia, my role as a Community Organizer in these cities allows me the opportunity to serve these communities and populations that are being directly-impacted by the social determinants to healthy living. Empowering communities through awareness campaigns, connecting residents to resources, and engaging communities holistically. Building trust and being consistent. Embracing the principles of Servant Leadership, to become a Leader that serves the entire Greater Richmond community.
